[Common name]Sultamicillin Tosilate Tablets

[Ingredients] Major ingredient is sultamicillin tosilate.

[Indication] It is indicated for infections as follows caused by sensitive bacteria: lower respiratory infection, upper respiratory tract infection, urinary system infection, skin and soft tissue infection, and gonorrhea.

[Specification] 0.25g, calculated on the basis of C25H30N4O9S2.

[Usage and Dosage] 1. For adult (including the elderly) and the children weighed ≥30kg: 0.375～0.75g (1½~3 tablets) at each time, twice a day. 2. For children weighted <30kg: the dosage should be calculated on the basis of 50 mg/kg per day, taking in two times. Generally a course of 5-14 days is required, and may be prolonged if necessary. To prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever or glomerulonephritis, at least 10 days are required for the infection caused by hemolytic streptococcus.
